Guests can explore the bazaar area or chapel nearby, and Lake Ohrid is easily accessible.

Some parts of the hotel are dated, and there have been issues with noisy hallways and malfunctioning equipment.

Additionally, the breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a variety of delicious options. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and parking available.

The room had a nice view of the town and the service was generally friendly and fast. the breakfast buffet was quite varied and the coffee was really good. Our room was near some nice restaurants in the center of town and there was a supermarket nearby, which was great.

The hotel's retro design combined with modern amenities added a fun and unique touch to the experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even offering us a newly renovated room at no extra cost. We also enjoyed a special guided tour of the hotel, learning about its fascinating history. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Although the location is uphill and may pose a challenge for those without transportation, the stunning view and peaceful surroundings make it worth the effort. we had a wonderful stay at Hotel Kristal and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a friendly and authentic experience in this beautiful part of Albania.
